Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit cards.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. This business to business shopping site cannot be used to place orders outside the mainland UK and all purchases made must be from businesses and trade persons only. All goods supplied remain the property of Ply-Line Services Ltd until payment has been received.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller. Please note that all plywood sizes specified have a +/- tolerance of 1.5mm.

Shipping And Handling
Ply-Line Services Ltd offers free delivery within the mainland UK (excl. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Locations). We do not offer free delivery to the following postcodes and due to additional costs may charge extra for the following post codes AB, HA, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA and PH. If a customer orders from a postcode area incurring an extra delivery charge, the customer will be contacted by phone or email and given the option to pay any extra charges or cancel the order. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns.

THIS ONLINE SHOPPING SITE CANNOT BE USED TO PLACE ORDERS OUTSIDE THE MAINLAND UK.

 

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 working days (excl. weekends and bank holidays) for stock items. Expected delivery dates or times given by Ply-Line Services Ltd, our suppliers, or our carriers are given as a guide only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred from delivery at a different date or time.

 

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note that Ply-Line Services Ltd do not manufacture all of the accessories sold and we reserve the right to supply products produced by other suppliers.

 

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. All prices displayed on the Ply-Line Services Ltd site are exclusive of VAT.

 

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Your credit card details are decrypted and processes by Paypal and/or SecureTrading. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

 

Guarantee
Important signing of the carriers ticket. Check all goods for quantity and damage before signing the carriers ticket.

NO CLAIM for loss or damage will be accepted once the ticket has been signed under the text RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. Just signing as "unchecked" or "unexamined" is NOT acceptable for a later claim. In the event of damaged goods, do not accept delivery and sign the carriers ticket DAMAGED and then contact Ply-Line Services Ltd.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee subject to our returns policy. Any returned non faulty goods will be subject to a restocking charge of £20.00 or 20 percent of order whichever is the greater will apply. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns.

Ply-Line Services Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Products can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories (other agreed returns must also be in as-new condition).

If the products are considered faulty by Ply-Line Services Ltd or the manufacturer we will at our discretion either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged for re-delivery and the goods will be returned to you with no credit being made to your account or refund given. If Ply-Line Services Ltd accept the return of non faulty goods a restocking charge of £20.00 or 20 percent of the order whichever is the greater will apply. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns.

Please allow 14 days from date of return for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

Remittance Terms
All goods purchased must be paid for before delivery.
